| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Amex and Mastercard. Your card will be charged when you make the order, please bear in mind that all the Ruth Cross products are hand made and may take time- an indication of which will be written on the site. If you are unsure how long to expect please e-mail us before ordering. You may also place your order on the phone and pay by card that way. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. | Shipping And Handling Shipping costs will be added when you have completed your desired shopping basket. All products will be carefully wrapped and insured to their value, overseas orders will be trackable but will not usually need to be signed for. |
| Delivery Schedule If you order any products that are not Ruth Cross or you order from the 'available immediately' section we will usually ship your order right away. For all Ruth Cross products that are made to order we will ship asap when they are finished. In the UK we use 1st class signed for or special delivery, this takes a few days. Overseas orders are either shipped international airsure or international signed for. Both of which take 3 - 5 business days to arrive after shipping. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will make to order for you, an indication of the expected timeframe will be online when you order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges All orders include 15% VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU there may be a customs charge added on arrival. |
